To preserve the beauty of your jewellery:

• Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, hand sanitiser, chlorine, and saltwater.

• Apply lotions and perfumes before putting on your jewellery, allowing them to absorb and dry first.

• Remove jewellery before sleeping, bathing, showering, or swimming.

• Note that designer components are often pre-loved or vintage, requiring special care.

• The Luxe Amor is not responsible for damage from normal wear and tear, mishandling, or neglect.

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For full-priced items, you have 30 days from the date you received the product to return it for a store credit or exchange. Please note the following conditions:

• Saleable Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging intact.
• Customer-Provided Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lower value.
• Store Credit: Store credit will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, piercing jewellery such as earrings purchased online can only be returned if unopened and still within sealed tamper-proof packaging. Please be aware that this warranty excludes loss of jewellery, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear encompasses the natural tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery and is therefore not covered by the warranty.
