ジュエリーの美しさを保つために:

• 各部品を別々に乾燥した湿気のない環境に保管してください。

• マイクロファイバーまたは専用のジュエリークロスで定期的に磨いて、変色を取り除き、輝きを取り戻してください。

• 化学薬品、香水、ローション、手指消毒剤、塩素、海水への曝露を避けてください。

• ジュエリーを身につける前にローションや香水を塗り、まず吸収させて乾かしてください。

• 就寝前、入浴前、シャワー前、水泳前はジュエリーを外してください。

• デザイナーコンポーネントは中古品やビンテージ品であることが多いため、特別な注意が必要であることに注意してください。

• Luxe Amor は、通常の消耗、誤った取り扱い、または怠慢による損傷については責任を負いません。

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. For full-priced items, you have 30 days from the date you received the product to return it for a store credit or exchange. Please note the following conditions:

• Saleable Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with all packaging intact.
• Customer-Provided Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or lower value.
• Store Credit: Store credit will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, piercing jewellery such as earrings purchased online can only be returned if unopened and still within sealed tamper-proof packaging. Please be aware that this warranty excludes loss of jewellery, chain breakage, and general wear and tear. General wear and tear encompasses the natural tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery and is therefore not covered by the warranty.
